This name is growing in popularity, which surprises me. It's at #163 in the US.

I'd go for Elspeth rather than Elizabeth. But I'd also rather stick with Elspeth.
I know it doesn't really make sense, but I immediately thought of Elise. It's not any longer than Elsie, but it just jumped into my mind. Elisa maybe? But I like Elise more.
Maybe a very frilly version of Elizabeth - I've always found Elisabetta to be very pretty but it's a lot. Elisabet is also cute.
I also find the Inuit version of Elizabeth, Elisapie, to be super sweet!
