Q2: 10-19 years after (10 years after)
These would be the answers for my sister...
Q1: 25-29
Q2: 20 or more years before (65 years before)
My mom named her 1st child something she'd always liked and then didn't have another name prepicked so was probably more influenced by what was in fashion for me, although both have charted in the US from 1880 to present.
