[Facts] Names from Africa.
I found a whole bunch of names in South Africa, Lesotho, Namibia, Mozambique and Botswana that are not on the list of names.

I can only speak for South Africa, but these names are not reflective of the population at all. If you want to know the prevalence of names by % of the population, Stats SA is the authoritative resource. https://www.statssa.gov.za/?p=16039
I can't tell from the page how the names were ranked on Forebears, but I'm curious about the methodology. It's incredibly difficult to establish naming trends for minority groups.

Can you please show the popular names where it's more than 10 names at a time? The Forebears name website shows data from 2014.
Stats SA only logs the top 10 unfortunately. The Forebears list has a lot of European origin names and few ethnic names. It's not inaccurate per se, just not representative oh demographic.
I appreciate your help in the name researching.
Not clear if these are names in use by the entire population, or by a specific though unspecified age group.
I think that the younger generations of South Africans use these names more than the older generations. It did say that the names were used in 2014 in the forebears websites.
To be fair, not all of the younger generations in South Africa use these names. They just as often use the Biblical and other culture names.
Keep in mind that South Africa is very racially and linguistically diverse, and different names are used by different segments of the population. You probably wouldn't see a Zulu or Xhosa speaker naming their kid Charlize or an Afrikaans speaker naming their kid Mbali.
That's also correct. Not gonna lie.
This is a great resource! Thanks for sharing :)
You're absolutely welcome.
