Someone on another site had a character named Greyson Winter Hayward he was a hippie who was now going by the name Winter Ocean.
Summer and Autumn tend to be exclusively feminine even though as seasons they could be unisex. Winter on the other hand is still unisex and I could see it comfortably as either. Summer and Autumn are fine, a little overdone round here but fine.
Spring I could see comfortably as a middle name but it would make an unusual and stand out first name. I wouldn’t use Spring though myself.
