I'm sure this is showing my prejudice, but just about any distinctly Irish, Scottish, or British name would suit a redhead in my mind.
The names you listed, I don't really have strong feelings for one way or another, except for those that have strong associations already (like Priscilla feels like a dark-haired name to me, because of Presley; Savannah feels blonde, because of the colour of a savannah prairie, etc.)
