Not that I know, but it's a word name. It's like naming someone Treaty or Deescalation (at a time when there's a lot of conflict in the world? people have probably heard it a lot in the news).
A less straightforward seeming reason is probably having a trendy sound (Truett, Tru, True, Truth have also been rising fast in recent years, and I think also Jru, Jrue, and ugh, Crue, Krue, Crew, Krew, etc; plus it's potentially unisex).
