Help[Surname] Milei
This is the surname of the current president of Argentina, Javier Milei. I could not find an etymology for it on Wiktionary or Ancestry's surname meanings section, meaning I have hit a dead end. Could anyone help me find a possible meaning for this surname?

I am not sure about the meaning, but I would like to note that Milei is likely an Italian name, since Javier Milei is of south Italian descent on his father's side.
