I fell in love with Douglas after I spent a summer working in some archives and I had to write the name approximately 1,000 times. It's a beautiful name to write, so round!
Douglas is still pretty dated I think, so people can't appreciate it yet. There's no vintage romance to it yet, it's too familiar. But maybe in a generation or two they'll come around.
