My preferred forms of these would be Odet as a guy's name, and for feminine: Odetta, Odelia, Otilia.
Odette is alright; it doesn't remind me of Toadette. The pronunciation of Odile isn't intuitive for me, and I haven't seen it in use, so it's not something I'd pick, but it could be interesting maybe.
