Well, I'll weed things out based on a very petty standard: what the initials spell.
Catherine, Marie, Sophie, Lena And Serenity are all axed, ACOP, AMOP, ASOP and ALOP are not what I'd want for initials.
Alyssa Kaitlyn could work although it's close to ACOP, Alyssa Gabrielle, although AGOP isn't great, I know GOP is a political thing in the States. Alyssa Natalie could work too although ANOP isn't ideal.
Alyssa Hannah with AHOP would be all right. Alyssa Anastasia Odette might be my pick, it's sugary sweet but AAOP doesn't make me think of any words, and I prefer Anastasia because the AL-AL repeated sounds of Alyssa Alexandra rub me the wrong way.
I guess my top picks would be Alyssa Anastasia, Alyssa Hannah, then Alyssa Natalie.

We live in New Zealand and i don't understand what's bad about any of the initials (don't know what they're meant to spell/stand for).
A cop. A mop. A sop. A lop (-eared rabbit). You don't have any of those things in New Zealand? GOP refers to Republicans in the US so that won't apply luckily. I do like Alyssa Gabrielle, it's pretty.
I don't think there is anything wrong with any of those initials.
I'm just throwing it out there. I wouldn't want those initials. If OP doesn't care about initials, then that's fine.
