I'd eliminate Alyssa Alexandra Odette, Alyssa Anastasia Odette and Alyssa Elizabeth Odette: the meeting of -a or O- and A- or E- isn't pleasing. I'd also scrap Alyssa Vanessa Odette, on the grounds of both rhythm and rhyme.
So, the mns that I enjoy should be Catherine, Gabrielle, Kaitlyn and Sophie, except that I don't enjoy Kaitlyn much.
In order of preference: Alyssa Catherine Odette; then Alyssa Sophie Odette; and finally Alyssa Gabrielle Odette.
