I like it! I'm a big fan of the 3 and 1 syllable approach for first and middle names, I think that dynamic creates great rhythm. So a single syllable for the 3-syllable Tiffany is a good approach. I find the spelling of Raine to be more appealing for use as a name, while leaving rain as the weather phenomena.
