Chalce's attunement to magic, quite rare for a dwarf, stem from her birth out of a forgewomb in a canyon. Most dwarves' unfamiliarity with magic made it hard for her to control her powers. Her ability to spontaneously augment her body and equipment thanks to the nanites in her blood proved potent in combat and mining alike.
