[Opinions] Re: Give middle names for these one-syllable firsts
I don't seem to have a set number of syllables I prefer to use after a one-syllable name. I think it depends on the cadence (not sure if that's the right term) of the first name. Not all one-syllable names roll off the tongue in the same way.
Girl:
Jewel Annika (I tend to pronounce Jewel as two syllables)
Eve Raven
Belle Sonja
Blanche Rhiannon
Gwen Sapphira
Joan XochitlBoy:
Dale Naveen
Heath Robin
Beau Percival
Clyde Owen
Hugh Norman
Joel Zavier

Gwen Sapphira is enchanting.
Heath Robin! That is absolutely DARLING. It brings to mind a person who is nostalgic comfort personified, wrapped in an autumnal warmth. It's soothing. It belongs on a thoughtful, imaginative little boy, or a Mr. Rogers-esque man.
Beau Percival is stunning as well.
