I quite like Adria, it feels refreshing and more chic than Adriana. It would perfectly blend in with newfangled names like Remi, Alora or Eliana. I prefer Audra as the Lithuanian name - the meaning is fierce and mighty. I also like Andra, but Andrea is more complete.
