[Opinions] WDYT of Shannon?
I've always thought it was pretty. Thoughts? Do you think it would work on a baby born now?

This is the name of my 7-year-old cousin, Shannon Rose (named partially after her Mum, Eileen Rose). Since my Uncle's MN starts with an "R" all of their kids have "R" MNs (Shannon's brothers are Douglas Richard, 17, and Matthew Ryan, 13).
I like it, too. Not too much-- it's not a fave. But It's no "Nevaeh". :)

I have 2 images of the name Shannon. One is of a very gorgeous guy (since I knew one in school) and the other is of a sweet blue-eyed brown-haired girl (since I taught one in school). I think Shannon works very well on either sex, and will fit in nicely with the trend of Celtic names. :o)
It could easily work. All the Shannon's that I have known have been sweet little girls with blue eyes and blonde or red hair.

I love Shannon, and I always think of it for a girl. Even though it's technically unisex, it's all female to me.
I love the name Shannon on a boy or girl. Yes it would work. I knew one Shannon growing up, agirl though.
