Australia is a very funny country when it comes to names, we see alot of 'british' names like: Angus, Declan, Matilda, Evelyn, Constance, Callum etc. and we see some 'American' type names like: Austin, Logan, Sienna, Mackenzie. But we dont seem to follow to far into the really creative spellings and made up names that America seems to have.
Around my area the birth announcements are alot more 'English'. Lots of Darcy's, Ashely's, Felix's, Angus', Hugo's etc.. for boys and lots of really 'old' sounding names like Constance, Beatrice, Evelyn, Margaret, Clementine (Seen 3 of these in the last couple of weeks!)
