Anything beginning with Ma- is fair game, IMO.
I love Mamie, too. :)

ETA: Dangit, can't read. I thought you said Mamie, not Marnie--they look suspiciously similar, you see! I don't like Marnie much at all, personally. Perhaps Magnolia? Hmm...let me think about this.

Hmm... Marceline nn Marmie, maybe? It's a bit of a stretch, I guess.

I don't think that's too much of a stretch...I was thinking that maybe any Mar- names would be possibilities, but wanted to see what everyone elses opinion was.
Thanks, Marceline is pretty :-)

I like Marnie, but I also like Marina. Mariana is nice, and Marna, too. :)
What are the convulsions of a city in comparison with the insurrections of the soul?
Man is a depth still greater than the people.

No prob. I was thinking about some other options. Sure the spelling is a stretch, but I think the way the syllables sound these could work.
Marlene
Marilyn
Marcelline
Martina
Marinda
Maureen
Myrrine
Myrna
Or you could just use Marnie on it's own. I think that sometimes NN as full names look to jilted, but this one would be perfectly fine as a full name.
