I love Asher more than Ashmond. Ashmond is weird i never heard it before. IMO

I like both and if I had to use one myself I'd pick Ashmond because I tend to avoid names I associate with the Bible. But Ashmond could seem kind of surnamey / snooty at first glance, so if you were trying to pick one and liked both the same, I'd lean toward Asher because people will react less negatively. If you figure he'll be called Ash anyway, Ashmond is at least more memorable/remarkable. I like it, although I think it is a tad hard to say.

I love the name Asher. It's a biblical name with a great meaning and a long history, but still sounds fresh and modern today. Ashmond I don't like at all. It's sounds like the name of a town, or an awkward blend of Ashton / Asher and Edmond.

I LOVE Asher, but hate Ashmond. Asher definitely gets my vote.
