Not too bad. I don't like it on a boy at all. But on a girl, it kind of seems sweet. Some spellings I;ve seen are:

Masyn
Maesyn
Maysun
Masyn
Maesen
Maysin
Maysynn
Maisyne

Hmmm... yup, that's all. Some of 'em are pretty out there! :D
