To me, Libby sounds too much like a nickname.
I think it would be better if you used Elizabeth as a first name and just used Libby as a nickname.
Elizabeth Celine sounds pretty imo.
I also think that Elisabeth looks much better than Elizabeth, since Elisabeth has a much softer feel to it, and goes much better with the softer name of Celine.
