Well, my favorite names are Anna and Thomas, but they don't seem to have any real flair as twin names.
I think Isabelle and Jack are fantastic together, but they are both very popular.
Honestly I think that if I did have b/g twins they'd be Anna Genevieve and James Porter. Annie and James... I think that has more of a flair than Anna and Thomas. Anna has always been my favorite, Genevieve is my sister's name, James is my father's first name and Porter is a family name.
I have lots of g/g twin names I like though...
Margot and Sylvie
Louisa and Josephine
Annabel and Flora
Lydia and Cecilia
Eloise and Matilda
