[Facts] i need some help

ok i have 2 questions : 1. My fiancee is having a baby and if its a boy, it will be Ben Jr. but i have a sucky middle name and i want Benjamin Riley. With different middle names, will it still be a junior?2. Is Jr. and the second ( II) the same thing?Thanks
