Elizabeth - Well it depends. I know two Elizabeth's one goes by Liz and the other is always Elizabeth.
Katharine/Katherine/Kathryn/Catherine - I only know one Katheryn and she goes by her full name, but I love the nickname Kaye!
Julia - She might end up being Julie, but it probably won't happen unless she wants.
Julianna - Same as Julia, but there would be a better chance of her being called Julie.
Olivia - I've only known one Olivia, everyone called her Olivia except for her close friends who called her Liv 50% Of the time.
