I think I've seen this in my Irish names book and I'd say cloh-duh because I think the -gh are silent. I think it's rather nice, I don't think I'd use it but it is unique.

My favorite Irish names are Ciaran, Aodhan and Eithne. I adore Irish names in general, especially Gaelic spellings! :)
