Sure, I went to elementary school with a very sweet girl named Marlo. In fact, I didn't even know it was masculine until I read the other posters' comments! I honestly prefer Marlo to Marla, b/c Marla reminds me of Marsha / Marcia, and then I hear Jan Brady saying, "Marcia, Marcia, Marcia!"

I don't evenknow if its masculine. its not in the database, but it sounds like it would be better on a guy :)
