My middle name is Kion, and my first name is Aris. Could you tell me the meaning and/or the origin of my name?

slaughter slaughter arf arfAris is defititely Greek. It is usually either related to Ares or short for names such as Aristotle or Aristide . If the risk of sounding cynical, Kion -- or "kyon" -- means "dog" in Greek.
