As I live in a French-speaking part of Canada, many of these names are in everyday use. some, however, are not-I've not seen anyone names Winoc. Or oddly enough, Cerise. I do however, know a Dieudonne..likely you know , it means, "God -Given." for very desired children, I suppose. Hard to nick-name, though!
