[Opinions] Jules
Wdyt of the fn Jules for a boy? I've always liked names related to Julius, like Julian, but I find Jules to be more unique (in the U.S.) and I like the fact that it has a strong French history. Also, if you can think of any, what are some combos that would flow nicely? I personally like Jules Michael, Jules Robert, and Jules Patrick. Thanks!-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I really do like it and I wish that I thought it could fly in the US. Unfortunately, it does sound very feminine. I remember knowing a boy named Jan in elementary school and thinking "Poor kid. What were his parent's thinking?" I really do like Julian.Britney Tamber

I always kind of hated Jules, but last year I read a book with a character by the name, and I've liked it a lot since then. (It was Days Between Stations, by Steve Erickson, by the way.)No combos come to mind, but I like Jules Patrick. -- Sarah

I like Jules but I think here in the US people associate "Jules" more with a nn for Julia than with a male fn. I really like Jules Patrick. what about Jules Dominic or Jules Adrian?
