This name is fairly popular where I live, and is usually pronounced IB-rah-him (occasionally ib-rah-HEEM).
I know an Egyptian guy who pronounces it i-brah-HEEM but I imagine that the stress can fall on different syllables depending on location. The name is used in plenty of countries.
