[Opinions] Bard

I know its not a real name but...I like its associations.
WDYT?It might not work for a first name, but would it be ok for a middle name?If anyone has read the beautiful pellinor series, tell me what you think of the names in that book, espeically Cai as its my son's nickanme (Cairo).

Could work as a mn, but it makes me think of "lard". :-/

I think Bard is one of those very-unusual-but-useable names.
In the mn spot it would be fine, and as a fn unusual, but also ok.

I'm not a fan of the name or word Bard. It just isn't pleasing to the ears. But I think it would be fine as a mn.

I don't think Bard is a good name. It may have poetic associations, but the sound of hte word is harsh and ugly to my ears.
