I like it!

I like the name Kirsten. It's pretty and not common. Unfortunately, I have to say it's a bit annoying when people mistake it for Kristen /Kristin. I have to say I prefer Kristin or Kirstin over Kristen or Kirsten, but I love them all!

I've taught/known a few Kirstens, and I find it troublesome--people pronounce it KER-sten or KEER-sten, and oftentimes they pick which way they want to say it, regardless of how someone tells them to say it, it seems. Also, people constantly mistake it for Kristen, and don't necessarily get that there's even a difference between Kristen and Kirsten. Oy vey. :b

I really like Kirsten - particularly with the nn Kiki, which I think is so cute! It's a name that I would consider using.
