I love the name Tobias, my friends Nephews name is Tobias Lachlan (sister is Eleanor Jacqui)

I like the name Tobias. I've liked it since I saw a variation in a fantasy book series, Tobeis.

Also, more recently, it became the middle name of one of my characters, Jamison Tobias.

As for Gretchen, I don't really like it that much.

I've loved the name Tobias ever since I read the Animorphs books years ago - Tobias always was my favorite. :) It's one of those names I keep coming back to; I'll totally forget about it until someone mentions it, and then I'm like, "Oh, right, Tobias. I love that name!"

I think Gretchen is a very interesting choice for a werewolf. :)

I love the name Tobias.

Gretchen is fine for a werewolf. It's very sweet and girlie, so the contrast with being a werewolf is fun.

Am I the only person

who automatically has the thought of a Tobias being fat? I always do; it's the first place my mind goes. Maybe I'm going Tobias --> Toby --> Tubby, but if I am it's not a conscious process.

Not sure about the werewolf thing but I do like the name Gretchen.

I think that too, but then I actually do know a Tobias 'Toby' who is quite fat!

I actually always think of a Tobias being skinny, because I immediately think of Tobey Maguire, the opposite of fat lol.
