Well in yes real life I would use these:
Girls: Charlotte, and Iris [both old fashioned]
Boys: River, and Forest or Ocean [both nature], or Jacob, and Elijah [both Biblical]
Boy/Girl: River, and Rain [both nature names]

Boy: Roderick, Phoenix, Osiris, Sirius
