Katherine Lily is nice, but there are so many little Katie's running around (and Katherine will probably wind up being shortened), and Lily is ridiculously popular.
Are you still considering honouring an Emma? Have you thought about Emily (or Emilie, the French/German spelling)? It's incredibly common, too, but it has both the "Emma" and the "Leigh" sound. In the mn spot, the popularity wouldn't matter as much.
Lilah Cait Emilie would be wonderful, IMO. I like Lilah Cait as a double fn, but Lilah with Cait and Emilie as two nns would also be great.
