[Opinions] Amilia
What is your impression of the name Amilia (A-mil-ia)?
I think it has a much softer, nicer sound the Amelia.
Thanks

Amilia doesn't look quite right to me. I prefer Emilia, Amelia, or even Aemilia. My favorite is Emilia though.

Meh. I don't really like the way it looks. I prefer Amelia and Emilia.

I agree, it does sound softer than Amelia, because it doesn't have the "meal" sound in it. However, I fear it would always be mispronounced and mispelled, which would counteract your intentions.

Firstly, I prefer Amelia, I think it sounds softer than Amilia. And I also prefer Emilia to Amilia. Both Amelia and Emilia are more common than Amilia, so I think Amilia would be misheard and mispronounced.- She said he made a racial slur!
- Racial? She is Swedish!
- Maybe he called her Meatball."I’ve given it a lot of thought, and I’ve decided to be spontaneous."
