I love it. Valentine has really grown on me recently too. My favorite is Daphne Valentine. All of your combos are lovely, though. The only one I don't like is Athena.

Um, this was my dog's name. I don't like it on a human being.

I can only picture this on a baby born on Feb 14th b/c of Valentine's Day. Reminds me of how some December babies get named "Noelle" b/c of the Christmas season.

From your list, I think Olivia Valentine can be construed to sound like "I Love Ya, Valentine". I would not use that.
I don't really like any of the combos to be honest.

Valentine's Day has become so ingrained into the public consciousness that it's all I think of when I see this name. Sorry, don't like it. Valentina would be better.
