Which one do you like for a DD? I think they go great with Maren:

Maren Alessia- by far my fave, since I am Italian and Alessia sounds a bit more high-end than Alexa
Maren Alicia- DH likes Alicia, so I threw this one in- this is pretty
Maren Alyssa- I like the sound and spelling of this, although my name is Melissa so people might think I named her after me, and Alyssa is pretty popular right now

My name is Alisa, pron. ah-lee-sah, and its always mispronounced as ah-liss-ah! I think my fave choice from the 3 is Alessia, if its pron the way I'm saying it in my head - ah-less-ee-ah. Second, Alicia.

I like Alicia best followed by Alyssa. I know it's long, but Alessia seems like a nn to me (for Alessandra).

I would pick Alessia Maren, myself, I think it flows better than Maren Alessia. Alessia is by far my favortie of the names you gave, btw.
