Francisca and Inez are tied for first, with Mercedes a close third. Others off the top of my head:
Jacinta, Elena, Pilar, Dulcinea, Fernanda, Josefina, Serafina, Belen, Celia, Lilia, Ximena;
Francisco, Bernardo, Clemente, Javier, Joaquin, Ignacio / Inigo, Enrique.

I loved most of your suggestions! Some I specially like:
Francisca: Really classy. I also like the Italian form Francesca.
Mercedes: One of my favourites. It also "runs" as a middle name in my family so I might end up using it
Inez: Nice, I prefer Inés though.
Belén: Lovely but kind of overused.
Francisco: Love it.
Joaquin: One of my favourites.
Ignacio: Really cool, I love nn Nacho.
Clemente: Nice. Can't imagine it on a little child though.
