What do you think of the boys name Alair? I have always really liked it since i was about 13 but I had forgotten about it for a while.

It seems a bit awkward, like a cross between Adair and Alain or a shortened form of Alistair. :-/

I have nothing bad to say here, they all sound brilliant!!! I qwould have a hard time choosing lol.

At first I think of a lair in a castle : )

Aside from that though, it sounds rather nice. I think that I prefer Adair though.

Alair Phineas & Alair Ignatius sound wonderful!

Alair, Caspian & Lucius sounds best of the boys & Alair, Caspian & Arabella with the girls. What happened to Rowena though?

Alair sounds like a nn for Alistair, very cool, have to remeber that.
I think it looks a little incomplete for a whole name though.

If the full name was Alistair I would like these combos/sibsets, they sound to choppy with only Alair:
Alistair Phineas
Alistair Remus
Alistair Peregrine
Alistair Ignatius

Alair is pleasant sounding and interesting. I wouldn't use it myself but I would use Adair.

Alair sounds very much like an airline. Al-Air, we fly you to places!
All those sibsets sound like fantasy-story characters. So, no, I don't like it.
