I think it's worth noting that Melissa Etheridge's twins are a boy and girl (Johnnie Rose). I am in a hurry so I will come back and reply on names later, but it seems a few people are thinking it's a boy.

Yes, people, it's true; Miller Steven is the boy and Johnnie Rose is the girl.
It didn't occur to me yesterday that some would think Johnnie Rose was a boy, despite the girlier spelling of Johnnie. I've known girls named Tommie, Frankie, and Stevie, so I automatically thought the Johnnie was a girl, plus the mn being Rose also.
