[Opinions] Georgia
In the leu of my grandfather George sick with cancer, I'm really contemplating naming my first daughter Georgia. I've always thought about, but now I feel like I really would. I'm just having a really hard time with middle names. I'd like to keep the "Lynn" tradition going, but I don't like just plain Georgia Lynn. WDYT of Georgia Lynn Marie?

Lynette would be a good alternative to Lynn.
Perhaps Georgiana Lynette?

What about Georgia Lynette?

I like Georgia, prefer Georgina. I'd drop Lynn entirely, I don't like it - either by itself or with Marie. Some other combos:
Georgia Kate
Georgia Mary
Georgia Caroline
Georgia Kathleen
Georgia Niamh (Neve)
Georgia Faith
Georgia Ruth
Georgia Anne

I think Georgia is a nice name. If you like it and it honors your grandfather then I see no reason why you shouldn't use it. I can understand thinking Georgia Lynn is plain but I don't think Georgia Lynn Marie is any less plain. Lynn and Marie are equally plain as mns imo.

Georgia is a lovely name; my mum wanted to call me Georgina after my dad, George. Georgia Lynn is an excellent combo! I don't like Georgia Lynn Marie, however. If you really want three names, I'd go with something else.
