It seems most twins I know have either similar sounding names, Don and Ron, and Don and Dan; or names with the same first letter, Kim and Kay, Jacob and Jonathan, Tim and Tony, Brent and Brian. It seems that boy/girl twins are the most likely to have names that don't follow a pattern or theme.
