Caitlin Elizabeth - Caitlin is cute...I like it, though I'd prefer the sp. Caitlyn/Caitland. I think it's a sweet name :-) I love Elizabeth, but I much prefer the sp. Elisabeth. The combo is nice.

Penelope - dnmsaa...seems very dated to me
Oren Lily - Oren is dnmsaa. Lily is pretty, either on its own or as a NN. I would have chose Olivia as the O name.
Margaret Heather "Maggie" - very sweet combination...I especially love Maggie! I would have used it all on its own, but the combo is pretty, and I especially like that they used the MN to honor her sister. That didn't surprise me at all.
