As of late, I have fallen in love with the name Sara (with this spelling). I think it's so pretty, and it has quickly risen to among my top favorites. I love the combo Sara Elisabeth :-)

I dislike the name - it is rather popular. I very much prefer Sarah.

I actually prefer this spelling although Sarah is by far the most common spelling in the US. BTW, I pronounce both spellings the same.

I love it so much, I named my daughter Sarah. We used the h because it's a family name and our last name starts with an H so Sara H*** looked odd to us.~Erin Lee, wife of Matthew James, mama to Sarah Patrice (11/29/04) and Dos (due sometime in late February or early March)~

I do prefer it to Sarah, but the fact remains that I think Sara/Sarah is a very boring name. It's almost like a default name, like Jane Doe.

I like it but think a lot of people would pronounce it as ZARR-uh. There's a girl on my course at uni named Sara (pronounced the same as Sarah), but everyone pronounces it as if it was Zara.

I love it but only spelled Sarah or Saira.

Beautiful, if terribly common (but still less common than Sarah). This is the only spelling I consider legitimate. ;)Array

I like the spelling but would pronounce it Sah-ra. I say this because Sarah can be pronounced Ser-a OR Sah-ra, how are you Pronouncing it?Check Out Blinkyou.com for thousands of custom glitters and layouts

Since she's from the United States, she's most likely pronuncing it SER-ah. There's no difference between the two spellings as far as pronunciation goes over here, and Sara(h) as SAHR-ah would come off as very pretentious.Array
