I'd choose Hannah over Hanna, not sure why--neither really stick out to me, in the first place. I actually don't really like the name, personally.Definitely don't like sibset Anna and Hannah. They are pretty much the same name; Anna is derived from Hannah.Of the other name choices you have listed, these combos sound nice together:
Hannah Elizabeth
Hannah Catherine
Hannah Jocelyn
Hannah Emily
Hannah Chelsea (not keen on 'Chealsea' spelling)

I haven't read the other posts, but I'm sure at least one other person pointed out that it would be silly to name sisters Anna and Hannah. For obvious reasons. I prefer Hannah to Hanna, but all of the above are way too popular for my tastes.

Hannah is not a real favorite of mine, but it's ok.
I dislike sibset Anna and Hannah because not only are they forms of the same name, they sound almost identical. There are basically no distinctions between the 2 for me. Generate Your Own Glitter Graphics @ GlitterYourWay.com - Image hosted by ImageShack.us

I would definitely go with the spelling Hannah. I don't care for the way Hanna looks. Anna and Hannah are way too close for sister names. I dislike it when sibling names rhyme.Combos:

Hannah is okay but I wouldn't name a sibset Anna and Hannah. They sound way too similar and would lead to major confusion in life. I like your Top 12 names -- you have very nice taste.

I think Anna and Hanna(h) would be too similar to use. If I can recall correctly, I believe they derive from the same Hebrew root name meaning 'grace'.I like Hannah, but would prefer the spelling Hanna. However, a good palindrome is always fun. :)Hanna Josephine
Hanna Elise
Hanna Catherine
Hanna Gretchen
Hanna Ellen
Hanna Felicity
Hanna Isotta
Hanna Phoebe
Hanna Arabella
Hanna Gillian
Hanna Iris
Hanna Lucy
Hanna Christine

Anna and Hannah are the same name they dont even have the luxury of sounding different like Elisabeth and Isabelle would so no I dont like Anna and Hannah as sibset.
However I like both names individually

I prefer Hannah, because it is a palindrome. And I agree about Anna and Hannah as a sibling set. It's like having kids named Amie and Amy, when you get down to it. Hannah Maria
