My only problem with it (other than it being a little nickname-y to me, but for what I'm not sure) is that if she goes into the medical field, she'll frequently hear/see the terms "peri care" and "peri area", which is short for perineum/perineal area (genital area). :-/

I would have to agree, being a nurse, that peri-care is what I would think of...otherwise I think it would be very cute. Maybe most people wouldn't think of that, but I know I would.

You could avoid it by spelling it Pari.
