According to Laurence Flanagan's book 'Irish Names for Children', the usual pet form of the name variously spelled Méabh/Meadhbh/Medb, which are all Anglicized as Maeve, is Meidhbhín. I believe this would be pronounced Meh-veen or May-veen and it could probably be Anglicized Maeveen.
