Our family has had a wonderful three years. Two years ago, when Tana was one, Wil and I began looking into international adoption. Since we wanted to adopt siblings, we decided to move into a larger house so that we could adopt siblings of different genders and not be so crowded. Our new house has seven bedrooms and lots of room for the kids and dogs to play. It is quite a bit bigger than we were used to, but now suits us wonderfully. The kids and Wil and I share all the upstairs bedrooms, and Luke gets his own suite downstairs. Below is a picture of our house;

The kids are all doing well. Tana is three years old and goes to preschool two mornings a week. She loves preschool, and can't wait to start Kindergarten in a few years. Levi is five years old and already in Kindergarten. He likes his school, teacher, and classmates; though he isn't thrilled about an earlier bedtime and not being at home as often. He's doing well in school though, and seems to be learning a lot. Wil and I were able to adopt siblings from Russia two months ago. Their names are Elisaveta Irina and Alexei Nikolai. We've taken to calling them Elisa and Alex. Elisa is 12 and her brother is 11. They know English, but have a heavy Russian accent. They are fitting in here well, however. Elisa is attending school, and Alex will follow next year. He has some educational lapses that need to be covered before he can enter into sixth grade. Elisa, however, was educated very well and fits right in with her peers.
Wil still plays for the same amateur team he did five years ago. He is now the assistant captain of the team, and is playing wonderfully. He hasn't suffered any serious injuries in his years of playing, and I am very thankful. Hockey is a full-contact sport, you know. I still stay at home taking care of the kids. I love caring for my children, and even Elisa and Alex feel like they've always been mine. Wil's brother, Luke, is still living with us. He still pays rent and works as a legal assistant. At a singles club last year he met a sweet girl named Rose Murray. The pair has dated for the past seven months, and I expect them to become engaged in the near future.
Our two Greyhounds are doing well too. We were going to adopt another last spring, but decided against it since we were already going to be adding two new kids to the family. Raja now is the queen of the house. She is definitely the boss over Caspian. Caspian, however, still gets his playtime and gets on well with everybody.
