My first thought was also Lucien with a speech impediment. Also, I would have thought it was masculine (like Lucien) if you hadn't posted the explanation. The -ienne ending would be more feminine to me, but I guess that would make the association you have pointless. All in all, it would be a name I'd avoid, but as a MN, I guess it couldn't hurt for someone else. I'm getting much more open minded about names, especially for the middle. :)Edited to add links.
